Your journey begins with a breathtaking panoramic view from the top of our medieval tower, dating back to the 11th century. Here, we’ll introduce you to the fascinating history of Stefanago, outline the geography of our unique terroir, and provide an overview of the richly biodiverse landscape that surrounds our vineyards. Next, we'll explore the cellars, where you’ll learn about our gentle and respectful winemaking philosophy: an approach dedicated to highlighting the diversity and uniqueness of each vintage, from grape to glass. The experience culminates in the intimate and charming atmosphere of our Enoteca, nestled within the medieval castle courtyard, you’ll be guided through a tasting showcasing the vibrant character of Stefanago’s wines. Discover elegant and balanced expressions crafted from a diverse range of grape varieties, including pét-nat, PIWI, and intriguing orange wines. Fun, vibrant, and effortlessly enjoyable, this tasting is an experience to savor. Important information: - In case of adverse weather conditions, the tower experience may be substituted with another indoor location. - For safety reasons, access to the medieval tower is restricted to guests over the age of 14; pets are not permitted. Special requests? If you'd like to book your tasting experience outside the available dates and hours, or if your group exceeds 12 people, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly. Although online bookings are limited to 12 participants per slot, we are happy to accommodate larger groups upon request.
