Service Description

Minimum 4 participants required. The experience begins with a panoramic view from the top of our medieval tower, offering a breathtaking perspective of the Oltrepò Pavese hills. Here, you’ll be introduced to the history of the castle, the landscape, and the biodiversity that shapes our vineyards. The tour continues in our cellar, where we’ll share our artisanal approach to winemaking and the philosophy behind our ancestral method. Back in the welcoming atmosphere of our Enoteca, located in the heart of the castle courtyard, you’ll be guided through a tasting of three Stefanago Spumanti Ancestrali, each the result of spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, long bottle refinement (from 24 to over 100 months), and manual disgorgement. No added sugars or artificial components—just pure, expressive sparkling wine that reflects the land it comes from. N.B. In case of adverse weather conditions, the tower visit may be replaced with an indoor alternative. For safety reasons, access to the tower is restricted to guests aged 14 and above; pets are not permitted. Special requests? If you'd like to book your tasting experience outside the available dates and hours, or if your group exceeds 12 people, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Although online bookings are limited to 12 participants per slot, we are happy to accommodate larger groups upon request.
