Minimum 4 participants required. Your journey begins with a breathtaking panoramic view from the top of our medieval tower, dating back to the 11th century. Here, we’ll introduce you to the fascinating history of Stefanago, outline the geography of our unique terroir, and provide an overview of the richly biodiverse landscape that surrounds our vineyards. We’ll then guide you through our historic cellar, introducing our gentle, sustainable approach to winemaking, celebrating the uniqueness of each vintage from grape to glass. The visit concludes in the inviting atmosphere of our Enoteca, nestled in the castle courtyard, where you'll enjoy a guided tasting of four vintages of our renowned San Rocco Riesling. Discover how this organically grown Riesling evolves over time, from youthful freshness to nuanced complexity, reflecting the authentic expression of our land. Experience Highlights: 🍏 Vertical tasting of three vintages of our acclaimed San Rocco Riesling. 🌿 Insight into our organic and sustainable winemaking and the uniqueness of each vintage. 🏰 Historical guided tour of the medieval tower, cellar, and castle courtyard. N.B. In case of adverse weather conditions, the tower visit may be substituted with an alternative indoor location. For safety reasons, access to the medieval tower is restricted to guests aged 14 and above; pets are not permitted. Special requests? If you'd like to book your tasting experience outside the available dates and hours, or if your group exceeds 12 people, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Although online bookings are limited to 12 participants per slot, we are happy to accommodate larger groups upon request.
