Minimum 4 participants required. In the cozy setting of our Enoteca, nestled within the medieval castle courtyard, you’ll discover how our Riesling evolves from vibrant freshness to deep complexity. Produced from organically cultivated Riesling Renano grapes grown in the San Rocco vineyard at 400 meters altitude, this tasting demonstrates how time and terroir shape each vintage. From youthful, unoaked expressions to wines matured in acacia barrels and bottle-aged, you’ll savor how complexity and character evolve uniquely over time.
