VITICULTURE

Organic cultivation.

Selective manual harvesting.

The same vines are trained in 2 different systems in order to produce grapes with slightly different characteristics. The guyot vines produce grape berries that enhance the body and fragrance of the wine, while the spurred cordon vines produce berries that bring acidity and freshness to the wine.

WINEMAKING

Soft pressing.

Fermentation in stainless steel vessels.
